The Capitol has allocated P19 million in assistance for three local government units — namely: Mandaue City, Consolacion, and Cordova — during the Caravan of Services today, November 11.
Cordova Mayor Cesar Suan received P8 million; Consolacion municipal administrator Benjamin Tivon and former Mayor Joyjoy Alegado, on behalf of Mayor Nene Alegado, received P7 million; and Mandaue City Mayor Jonas Cortes received P4 million from Gov. Gwen Garcia.
The LGUs earned the aid for their active participation in important events at the Capitol. The assistance will be used as funds for infrastructure projects.
Joining Governor Gwen during the Caravan were sixth district Board Members Glenn Soco and Jonkie Ouano. | Babie Jane Revecoy
