President, Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc.
Regan Rex T. King is a Cebuano business executive and the 52nd President of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (CCCI), one of the country’s longest-established and most influential regional business organizations. Elected to lead the Chamber in 2026, King brings decades of management and entrepreneurial experience across transportation, automotive, logistics, insurance, security services, and related industries.
Beyond his role at CCCI, King holds senior leadership positions in several Cebu-based enterprises. He serves as Chief Operating Officer of 6R Mercantile Inc., General Manager of RDAK Transport Inc., and Managing Director of RDAK Global Motors Inc., giving him direct operational experience in sectors critical to the movement of people, products, and commerce.
King’s leadership within CCCI was built over years of active participation in the Chamber. Before becoming president, he served as a Board Trustee, Vice President for Business Advocacy and Policy, Vice President for Cebu Business Mobilization, Chairman of Cebu Business Month 2024, and Chairman for Disaster Risk Reduction and Coordination. These roles placed him at the intersection of business advocacy, economic development, private-sector mobilization, and resilience-building.
As CCCI President, King has emphasized responsible growth, strategic advocacy, stronger public-private collaboration, and a more competitive Cebu business ecosystem. His leadership comes at a time when Cebuano enterprises are confronting rising operating costs, supply-chain pressures, geopolitical uncertainty, technological disruption, and increasing competition for investment. Despite these challenges, King has consistently highlighted Cebu’s capacity for resilience, adaptability, and entrepreneurship.
He has also positioned the Chamber as an active participant in Cebu’s investment and development agenda. Under his leadership, CCCI’s Cebu Business Month 2026 has brought together business leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, government partners, and innovators through initiatives focused on investment, entrepreneurship, tourism, technology, enterprise development, and inclusive economic growth.
His participation in international business engagements likewise reflects CCCI’s role in strengthening Cebu’s commercial connections beyond the Philippines. During Thailand Week 2026, for example, King emphasized the importance of continuing partnerships that connect Cebuano entrepreneurs with international markets and create opportunities for trade and business collaboration.
At Cebu Economic Forum 4.0, Regan King will deliver a Message of Support representing Cebu’s organized business community.
His participation reinforces a fundamental principle behind the Forum:
For King and CCCI, stronger investment, innovation, entrepreneurship, and competitiveness require a business environment where government listens, enterprises participate, and both sectors work together to turn Cebu’s strengths into sustainable economic opportunities.
