For:      ADV. NO. 19-065       –          SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) LOT STRUCTURED CABLING FOR THE FOLLOWING LGUs/MUNICIPALITIES OF CAMOTES ISLAND, TO WIT: PILAR, SAN FRANCISCO AND PORO.

 

This addendum is issued to modify or amend items in the Bid Documents for the procurement of the different projects of the Province of Cebu, as listed.  This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

 

  • TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

 

STRUCTURED CABLING for LGUs/ Municipalities of Camotes Island, to wit: Pilar, San Francisco and Poro

 

A) Municipality of Poro, Camotes

 

to include the ff.:

 

installation, cable pulling, harnessing and commissioning of structured cabling and active equipment and components for at least 48 nodes utilizing cat6 data grade cables all complete with IO ports, faceplates, patch panels, patch cords, with all cables secured in conduits, mouldings, pipes and other roughing ins for secure cable installation, with all terminations properly labelled,

 

With priority nodes to cover the Engineering (3), Budget (1), EIP (2), Tourism (1), Mayor`s Office (3), Session Hall (1), LCR (2), Vice Mayor`s Office (2), ABC (3), BPLO (1), Waterworks (3), 4PS (2), MPDC (3), DA (2), MENRO (2), Accounting (3), Treasurer (5), Assessor (2), GSO (2), MSWD (1), Access Points (4)

 

delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of 4 units POE wireless access points (802.11ac PRO with POE injector or equivalent with central management controller software), 1 unit rackmount server (with at least 2TB each hard disks (RAID configured), at least 16GB RAM, with Xeon processor, preferably with redundant power supply), at least 1 unit 3 feet wall mount close type rack to accommodate installation of the rackmount server and switches, managed gigabit switches for the required minimum number of network nodes with POE ports for the wireless access points installation, UPS each for the switches and server and power cabling/installation to the nearest building electrical provision

 

engineering services/deployment, configuration and labor, with 1year warranty on workmanship

 

bidder qualification: licensed contractor issued by PCAB-Government/DTI, must have project installation of at least 2 LGUs in the Visayas, with TESDA or equipment manufacturer certified installer certification, installation must be supervised by the licensed electronics engineer, with own tools and equipment (to show calibration testing as proof of ownership)
