- Promoting the Governor’s vision of “Serbisyong Tinud-anay, Para sa Katawhan” through inclusive, transparent, and inspiring communication

As Executive Producer of Sugbo News, Mr. Ruben Licera ensures that Cebu’s stories of hope, progress, and bayanihan are told with authenticity and impact. Meanwhile, as Executive Director of the Cebu People’s Action Center (CPAC), he spearheads responsive programs that bring government services closer to every Sugboanon.
