𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Cebu City Mayor Nestor Archival, along with Cebu Governor Pamela Baricuatro and Vice Mayor Tomas Osmeña, declared the opening of this year’s Grand Sinulog Parade on Sunday, January 18, at the Cebu City Sports Center. A total of 40 contingents, including three guest performers, will showcase their festive and vibrant dances and devotion in honor of Sr. Sto. Niño de Cebu.
