Mangelen Jr. led the recognition of police officers who successfully passed the September 2025 Bar Examinations during a ceremony at the Cebu Police Provincial Office (CPPO) Provincial Headquarters, Sudlon, Barangay Lahug, Cebu City, on Friday, January 16, 2026.
Honored during the ceremony were PLt. Col. Arnold P. Valenzuela (1st Provincial Mobile Force Company), PLt. Col. Jose Angelo A. Acupinpin (Provincial Investigation and Detective Management Unit), PSSg Cresenciano P. Saladaga Jr. (Consolacion Municipal Police Station), PSSg Eden P. Pepito (Liloan Municipal Police Station), and PSSg Socrates C. Borinaga (Provincial Investigation and Detective Management Unit).
