𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: To bolster healthcare services in Cebu, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. turned over P5 million in financial assistance to Gov. Pamela Baricuatro for the upgrade of the Cebu Provincial Hospital (CPH) in Balamban town on Thursday, January 15. The CPH-Balamban also received 20 wheelchairs and ₱60,000 worth of medicines from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office.

In addition to the funding, the President distributed essential medical equipment to four Capitol-run hospitals in northern Cebu.
These facilities, located in Bogo City, Danao City, Daanbantayan, and Sogod, were affected by the 6.9-magnitude earthquake last September 30, 2025. Each hospital received an X-ray machine and an ultrasound unit to help improve their diagnostic capabilities. /𝑪𝑨𝑷𝑰𝑻𝑶𝑳 𝑷𝑰𝑶, 𝑷𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒐𝒔 𝒃𝒚 𝑨𝑺𝑪
