𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Governor Pamela Baricuatro, together with members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and Capitol employees, joined thousands of devotees for the 1 p.m. novena mass on the second day of the nine-day novena masses for the Fiesta Señor at the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño pilgrim center on January 9, 2026.
