𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Governor Pamela Baricuatro joined a coordination meeting on Tuesday, January 6, with the organizing committee and exhibitors of the upcoming Cebu International Investment Summit (CIIS) 2026, set on January 12-15, 2026. Also in attendance are global strategist Dr. Brian To, Cebu Provincial Investments and Promotions Officer Paulo Uy, and Ruben Licera, Provincial Head for Special Projects and Priority Initiatives.

The Provincial Government, under the leadership of Governor Baricuatro, will host the inaugural CIIS 2026 as part of efforts to attract both local and foreign investments and position the province as a key economic hub in the Asia-Pacific region.

Dubbed as a first-of-its-kind initiative for the province, the CIIS 2026 aims to draw 200 to 250 international CEOs, founders, chairpersons, and senior decision-makers and promote Cebu as “Asia Pacific’s economic epicenter” and a strategic base for regional expansion, manufacturing, services, and innovation.
