𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Governor Pamela Baricuatro and Capitol Piso Health Consultant Dr. Nikki Catalan thanked the Manila Water Foundation for the potable drinking fountains and the Pascual Laboratories for the vitamin supplements donated to the Cebu Provincial Government.
Governor Baricuatro and Dr. Catalan personally received the donations in a ceremony on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
Dr. Catalan said the five drinking fountains will be positioned in selected district hospitals, placed in high-traffic areas and/or waiting areas of the OPD (outpatient department) or ER (emergency room), where there is an existing potable water connection, while the vitamin supplements will be distributed as soon as possible to medical and community frontliners.
