𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: For the first time, the Cebu Provincial Capitol marked the opening day of the Misa de Gallo at the Capitol grounds, formally ushering in the Christmas season.
In his homily, Rev. Fr. Jonathan Rubin of SPFY reminded the faithful that the true meaning of the season is rooted in humility and reconciliation.
