𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐎𝐋 𝐄𝐘𝐄𝐒 𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋 𝐇𝐎𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐋 𝐃𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐙𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍, 𝐆𝐄𝐓𝐒 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐎𝐍 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐑𝐀 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐒
The Provincial Health Office convened the 16 chiefs of hospitals this morning, December 11, 2025, to discuss major initiatives designed to provide a needed shot in the arm for the province’s healthcare system.
The monthly meeting, which was also attended by Capitol Piso Health Consultant Dr. Nikki Catalan, as well as ICTO and engineering teams, focused on the planned full digitalization of all provincial and district hospitals.
This program aims to provide faster patient service, ensure easier access to information, and enable more efficient hospital operations.
In addition, updates on infrastructure projects at each hospital, as well as improvements to its facilities were presented during the roundtable discussion.
These efforts are part of a broader reform agenda, with the Capitol introducing significant upgrades to policy, programs, and projects since Gov. Pamela Baricuatro assumed office last July.
All initiatives are aligned with the administration’s goal of enhancing service quality and making healthcare more accessible across the province.
