𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Governor Pamela Baricuatro joins the Cebu City Government led by Mayor Nestor Archival and the members of the Osmeña clan led by Maria Victoria “Minnie” Osmeña in commemorating the 109th birth anniversary of late Senator Sergio “Serging” Osmeña Jr. on Dec. 4, 2025. Also in attendance are Ahmed Cuizon, CHAC Commissioner; Col. George Ylanan, officer-in-charge of the Cebu City Police Office; members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines; and other guests.
