LOOK: Cebu Gov. Pamela Baricuatro and Cebu City Mayor Nestor Archival joined Radisson Blu executives in celebrating the hotel’s 15th anniversary with a “Shining Through Crystal Year Anniversary” gala and Christmas tree lighting ceremony on Tuesday evening, Dec. 2.
Aside from the lighting of the 32-foot Christmas tree, the event highlighted the hotel’s milestones in providing exemplary service to Cebuanos and international guests, cementing its role as an integral part of Cebu’s business and tourism landscape.
In line with its anniversary, Radisson Blu forged a partnership with the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), designating the Cebu City Jail Female Dormitory as the gala’s beneficiary.
As part of its corporate social responsibility, the hotel has facilitated workshops where female inmates received professional training in basic housekeeping. The program aims to equip participants with practical skills, fostering hope and creating pathways to sustainable livelihoods upon their reintegration into society.
