𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: Smiles and laughter filled the Capitol Social Hall as the Cebu Provincial Government revived its annual Children’s Congress, bringing together 125 young learners, ages 3 to 5, from various local government units across the province. Beyond celebrating the diverse talents of these children, the whole-day gathering reaffirmed the Capitol’s unwavering commitment to nurturing a community where every child is safe, valued, and protected—upholding their rights to survival, development, protection, and participation.
