Davao Oriental, under the leadership of Governor Nelson “Boy” Dayanghirang, has reached out to Cebu with a P1-million donation to bolster the province’s recovery and rehabilitation efforts after recent calamities.
Provincial Board Member Jimboy Dayanghirang personally handed the check to Cebu Governor Pamela Baricuatro during a brief visit to the Capitol on Monday, December 1, accompanied by Francis Jason Bendulo of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.
Governor Baricuatro expressed deep gratitude for the gesture, calling it a powerful reminder that compassion and solidarity know no political boundaries.
