LOOK: Gov. Pamela Baricuatro, along with Second District Board Members Stanley Caminero and Raymond Calderon, visited the Oslob District Hospital this afternoon where the Capitol’s surgical mission is ongoing.

The mission provides free surgeries for hernias and gallbladder conditions, as well as minor procedures for bumps and lumps. It also offers dental services, including tooth extractions.

“As we work on long-term reforms in our provincial hospitals, missions like this serve as important stop-gap solutions so that those who need help the most are not left behind,” said Capitol Piso Health Consultant Dr. Nikki Catalan.
This initiative is part of Governor Baricuatro’s reforms to bring quality health care closer to the people.

The medical mission was participated in by volunteer surgeons and medical professionals from Sui Generis Missions (SGM) and Cebu Doctors’ University Hospital.
