The provincial government delivered initial essential supplies today, Nov. 25, to areas severely affected by Tropical Depression Verbena, including Carcar City, Dumanjug, Barili, Ronda, and San Fernando.

Hot meals were provided to 3,000 individuals, and the Provincial Health Office, through Capitol Piso Health Consultant Dr. Nikki Catalan, distributed boxes of prophylactic antibiotics to prevent leptospirosis.

Before her visit to Carcar City this afternoon, Gov. Pamela Baricuatro issued a directive to fast-track relief operations.
Below are scenes from the delivery of relief supplies to various local government units.
