Family food packs, ordered by Gov. Pamela Baricuatro for towns affected by flooding, arrived in Barili today.

The relief packs will be distributed in the barangays of San Rafael, Poblacion, Japitan and other areas, which experienced severe flooding from Tropical Depression Verbena last night.

Meanwhile, at least 1,000 hot meals also bound for Barili are being prepared at the Capitol.
Earlier, responders from Cebu People’s Action Center delivered 2,000 hot meals to Carcar City and Dumanjug.
