Except for inter-island routes, departures and arrivals of all bus trips bound to and from Cebu-South remain normal as of tonight.

This was disclosed by Ahmed Cuizon, Bus Terminal Administrator of the Province of Cebu.

At the Cebu South Bus Terminal, bus trips to Bato Oslob and Bato Barili are open up to 11:00 PM, which is the usual last-trip cut-off time for south-bound buses.

Bus operations at the Cebu South Bus Terminal will also resume starting at 1:00 AM tomorrow, November 25, 2025.

All roads to and from Cebu-South destinations are reported to be passable as of this time.

Only inter-island bus trips such as those going to and from Siquijor, Zamboanga and Dumaguete are temporarily cancelled due to Tropical Depression Verbena.

Meanwhile, all bus trips bound for Cebu-North are likewise normal except those along inter-island routes.

Passengers bound for the cancelled trips are advised to go back to their homes or other places of origin and wait for further advisory. /CAPITOL PIO
