Seventy-one patients from Oslob and nearby towns have regained their sight thanks to the Capitol’s free Ophthalmology Surgical Mission that concluded at the Oslob District Hospital yesterday, November 22.
The three-day mission, a collaborative effort between the Cebu Province and the Department of Ophthalmology at Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC), provided free services for cataract surgeries and pterygium removals.
