𝗲𝗲 𝗘𝘆𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝘀𝗹𝗼𝗯 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
A three-day Capitol Surgical Mission offering free sight-restoring procedures began today, Nov. 20, at the Oslob District Hospital, bringing hope to residents suffering from cataract and pterygium.

The initiative is a partnership between the Cebu Provincial Government and the Department of Ophthalmology of the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC).

Capitol Piso Health Consultant Dr. Nikki Catalan expressed gratitude for the collaboration between VSMMC and the Capitol, which made the mission possible.
