𝐊: Representatives of Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) paid a courtesy and exit meeting with Governor Pamela Baricuatro at the Capitol on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
During the meeting, Governor Baricuatro extended her gratitude to the organization for their passion and dedication in providing assistance to the local government units and families affected by the September 30 earthquake and the November 4 Typhoon Tino that prompted the Cebu Provincial Government to declare a state of calamity throughout the province.
The MSF team provided mobile clinics, supported clearing operations, and extended medical assistance in hospitals and communities in Danao City, Talisay City, Daanbantayan town, and several other areas in Cebu.
