Despite the challenges of transporting relief items by sea, the Cebu Provincial Government successfully delivered food supplies and bottled water to Gibitngil Island in Medellin.
Volunteers and responders from the Cebu People’s Action Center braved the rough waters to bring in much-needed help.
As promised by Gov. Pamela Baricuatro, the Capitol will not rest and will work around the clock so that help can reach the victims and displaced families of the 6.9-magnitude earthquake.
