Governor Pamela Baricuatro presided over the Third Quarter meeting of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) at the Capitol today, October 3.
The council discussed the Provincial Government’s ongoing relief operations for northern Cebu LGUs heavily affected by the 6.7-magnitude earthquake last September 30. Attendees included Capitol officials, national line agencies, medical institutions, and private sector representatives.
Discussions focused on assessing ongoing relief efforts, addressing urgent medical and logistical needs, and outlining long-term recovery and resilience strategies.
