In response to the urgent call of People’s Governor Pamela S. Baricuatro Cebu volunteer relief efforts, Cebuano volunteers are pouring into the Capitol, bringing with them donations and offering their time to help those in need.
Among them are 100 medical students from various, health workers, and even ordinary citizens who, despite not having medical backgrounds, are stepping forward to lend their hands. Some volunteers have already been dispatched to Northern Cebu to help in relief and medical operations.
