In line with Gov. Pamela Baricuatro’s commitment to enhance the healthcare system within the province, five state-of-the-art dental chairs equipped with an X-Ray capabilities have been installed in five of the 16 hospitals run by the Capitol.
These advanced chairs are now operational in two provincial hospitals located in Danao City and Balamban town, as well as in three district hospitals in Sogod, Tuburan, and Minglanilla.

A total of nine dental chairs were acquired as part of the initial phase to improve dental services in the 16 hospitals managed by the province.
Dr. Nikki Catalan, Capitol piso health consultant, said the effort aims to accelerate the modernization of medical equipment while also improving hospital infrastructures.

“Our goal is to deliver faster, closer, and kinder care and service, ensuring that no Cebuano is left behind,” Catalan said in an earlier interview.
