Gov. Pamela Baricuatro assured members of the Vice Mayors League of the Philippines (VMLP) Cebu Chapter that her administration will support programs and projects benefiting the people.
The governor made this commitment during a courtesy visit by vice mayors from various towns and cities on Wednesday, Sept. 24.
Gov. Baricuatro said that her administration will always approve funds for meaningful programs that have a real impact on the lives of Cebuanos and their communities. She believes that the government should focus on spending wisely and responsibly for the public good.
The governor sincerely thanked the vice mayors for their trust and unity in supporting a shared vision of inclusive development, emphasizing mutual respect, cooperation, and public service.
Led by Talisay City Vice Mayor Richard Francis “Choy” Aznar, vice president of VMLP Cebu programs, the league affirmed its full support for the governor’s leadership and her efforts to uplift Cebuanos’ lives. The governor said that effective governance is achieved when leaders work together across party lines for the common good.
