The governor, in her speech, thanked the Philippine Statistics Authority for inviting her to be a part of the event.
For Gov. Baricuatro, data is not just about numbers and charts. She said each number represents one family, one barangay, one community that has needs and dreams.
“That is why events like this are so important because they remind us that behind every statistic is a human story,” she said. “As Governor of Cebu, I always believe that good governance starts with listening. Ang CBMS mao kini ang pamaagi nga mas paminawon nato ang atong katawhan.
