In order to provide the most-needed services to the commuting public passing through the Capitol-run Cebu South Bus Terminal and the Cebu North Bus Terminal, People’s Governor Pamela Baricuatro has ordered that clean and well-maintained rest rooms be provided for them – free of charge!
This directive is contained in the Governor’s Executive Order No. 12, which provides for the free use of regular public rest rooms in all provincial terminals in the province.
“All transport terminals owned, operated, or managed by the Provincial Government of Cebu, particularly the Cebu South Bus Terminal and Cebu North Bus Terminal, are hereby mandated to provide passengers with free access to regular pubic comfort room facilities,” the EO reads.
