CARMEN, Cebu — Cebu Gov. Pamela Baricuatro, joined by Provincial Administrator Ace Durano, Provincial Board Member Mike Villamor and Carmen Mayor Carlo T. Villamor, led the ceremonial ribbon-cutting for the improved water service in Barangay Baring.
The upgraded water system is expected to provide residents with more reliable and sustainable access to water, marking another step in efforts to improve essential services in local communities.
Later in the day, the governor visited the Agri-Fishery Trade Fair 2026, one of the activities held for Carmen’s 175th annual town fiesta in honor of St. Augustine of Hippo.
