LOOK: Recognizing the role of government communicators in promoting transparency and helping the public understand government programs, Gov. Pamela Baricuatro delivered an inspirational message Thursday during the second day of the COMMUNICATE CEBU: Information Officers Congress at the Capitol Social Hall.
Information officers from 42 municipalities and cities are taking part in the two-day event, which began Wednesday.
Organized by the provincial government through the Provincial Information Office (PIO), the two-day congress is part of the administration’s transparency drive under its Freedom of Information initiative.
