Pamela Baricuatro graced the 90th Founding Anniversary of the Philippine Nurses Association (PNA) Cebu Chapter, its Annual General Assembly, and the 6th Region 7 Innovation & Scientific Engagement (RISE) Award held at a hotel in Cebu City on August 8, where she served as the guest of honor and speaker.
