𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Ten Capitol employees from the Cebu Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) Project Management Team were sent off by Cebu Governor Pamela S. Baricuatro for a five-day capacity-building training at the University of the Philippines Diliman.
The training aims to strengthen the team’s capabilities as the Province prepares for the implementation of the Tabang PangByahe Program, a DOTr-funded initiative that seeks to incentivize bus operators to serve underserved routes across Cebu, improving access to safe and reliable public transportation. The DOTr has allocated P20 million for the program.
