𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: As part of the 457th Founding Anniversary of the Province of Cebu, the Cebu Provincial Government, through the Provincial Tourism Office, brought together employee-representatives from across the Capitol clusters for a celebration of talent, camaraderie, and creativity through the Capitol Singing Idols 2026.
Gov. Pamela S. Baricuatro attended the event, where she led the awarding of winners.
Each representative from the seven Capitol clusters— Executives, Legislators, Jailers, Agrimeds, Financers, Builders, and Service Planners, took the center stage to showcase their vocal talents and entertain fellow Capitol employees.
After showcasing their performances, Diane Kaye Samson of the Financers Cluster was crowned grand champion. Zenon Heredia of the Agrimeds Cluster was named first runner-up, while Karen Rose Nuñeda of the Executives Cluster earned the second runner-up title.
