LOOK: All 21 barangay captains of the Municipality of Carmen paid a courtesy visit to Cebu Gov. Pamela Baricuatro at the Capitol on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
During the meeting, Gov. Baricuatro reaffirmed the provincial government’s commitment to supporting the barangays’ development projects and assured them that they would receive medical kits, as well as tables and chairs, to help strengthen the delivery of basic services in their communities.
The governor also shared that she looks forward to visiting Carmen as she plans to join the municipality in its upcoming fiesta celebration.
Also present during the meeting was Capitol Piso Health Consultant Dr. Nikki Catalan, who oversees the health reforms under Gov. Baricuatro’s administration.
