For Luzviminda Gonzales, 66, of Barangay Cagcagan in Poro, the assistance came at a crucial time as she was still rebuilding her home.
“Akong balay, grabe gyud to nabungkag sa Tino. Ang ako lang masulti kang Gov. Pam, padayon lang sa pagserbisyo, Gov.”
Gov. Baricuatro assured beneficiaries that the provincial government would continue assisting communities recovering from the disaster.

“Gusto lang nako ipaabot kaninyo nga ang Probinsya sa Sugbo, naa ra nagpaluyo ninyo,” she said.
Tudela Mayor Greman B. Solante thanked the governor for personally delivering the assistance and for her continued support for the municipality.
Also present during the distribution were Fifth District Board Member Mike Villamor, Provincial Administrator Ace Durano, Poro Mayor Edgar G. Rama, Tudela Vice Mayor Lymarne Orillo Yu, Cebu Provincial Government department heads, members of the Sangguniang Bayan and barangay officials.
