Gov. Pamela Baricuatro, Vice Gov. Glenn Anthony Soco, members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, department heads, Capitol employees, and officials and personnel from the DILG-Sugbo Provincial Office, led by Provincial Director Dr. Jesus Robel Sastrillo Jr., gathered at the Capitol grounds for the weekly flag-raising ceremony and to begin the week with renewed commitment and dedication to serving the people of Cebu.
