𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Cebu Provincial Information Office (Capitol PIO) conducted the Freedom of Information (FOI) Receiving Officers and Decision Makers meeting and orientation on June 15, 2026, bringing together designated FOI personnel from various provincial offices to strengthen transparency, accountability, and public access to information.
The orientation provided participants with a comprehensive discussion on the Cebu Provincial Government Offices Freedom of Information Ordinance of 2026, including the roles and responsibilities of FOI Receiving Officers and Decision Makers, request processing procedures, disclosure policies, and compliance with transparency and data privacy regulations.
