𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Cebu Gov. Pam Baricuatro Baricuatro welcomed Regional Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Canine Unit 7 (RECU 7) Deputy Officer-in-Charge Capt. Yazzer R. Moron and his team during a courtesy visit at the Capitol on Monday, June 8, 2026.
During the meeting, Baricuatro welcomed Moron, who was recently deployed to Cebu following an assignment in Mindanao. She also thanked RECU 7 for its continued efforts in helping safeguard the province.
RECU 7, a unit of the Philippine National Police in Central Visayas, is responsible for the detection, neutralization and disposal of explosive threats, including explosives used in illegal blast fishing.
