In a gesture of unity and good leadership, Cebu Gov. Pam Baricuatro attended the regular flag-raising ceremony of the Naga City Government on Monday morning at the Naga City Hall grounds.
The governor joined Mayor Valdemar “Val” Chiong and City Councilors Junjie Navales Cruz, Amy Lara, Charmaine Navarro, Letty Abangan, Elmer John Lapitan, Domer Libor and Ray Manabat during the ceremony. Mayor Chiong and the rest of the city officials expressed their appreciation for the governor’s visit.
