𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Cebu Governor Pam Baricuatro welcomed World Bank Division Director Zafer Mustafaoglu and his delegation during a courtesy call at the Provincial Capitol on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
During the meeting, Governor Baricuatro recognized the collective efforts of her administration and partner agencies and expressed her gratitude for their contributions to the ongoing socio-economic growth of the province.
Director Mustafaoglu, meanwhile, commended the Capitol’s proactive governance and initiatives under Governor Baricuatro’s leadership.
