𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Capitol Piso Health Consultant Dr. Nikki Catalan and Provincial Health Office head Dr. Sheila Faciol recently met with the Provincial Engineering Office to further streamline processes for healthcare infrastructure upgrades across Capitol-run hospitals and health facilities.
Upgrading healthcare facilities and infrastructure operated and managed by the Cebu Provincial Government remains one of the top priorities of the administration of Gov. Pamela Baricuatro, alongside strengthening the province’s overall healthcare system.
Dr. Catalan emphasized that improving healthcare goes beyond providing medicines and increasing manpower. She said it also involves ensuring safer hospital buildings, establishing better systems and workflows, improving patient spaces, creating functional facilities for healthcare workers, and accelerating the implementation of health projects.
