Provincial Engineering Office and Bids and Awards Committee System Information Officers (SIOs) underwent a hands-on training on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, on the infrastructure projects online dashboard, as part of preparations for the official launching of the revamped process flow.
Called the “Cebu Infrastructure Projects Management and Monitoring System” (CIPMMS), the dashboard provides for streamlined process in the filing of documents to the release of checks for contractors of Capitol infrastructure projects.
The dashboard allows improved transparency and accountability, as it includes a document tracing capability that flags offices where the documents stayed beyond the agreed-upon period for processing, thus impacting their performance evaluation outcomes. The dashboard also gives the public access to the project records.
The training gave the SIOs the opportunity to further familiarize themselves with the process flow following the orientation and training of all CIPMMS SIOS last Friday, May 15, 2026. /𝑪𝑨𝑷𝑰𝑻𝑶𝑳 𝑷𝑰𝑶
