𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, the Cebu Provincial Government under the leadership of Governor Pam Baricuatro conducted a Dental Mission at the Mandaue City Jail Male Dormitory, bringing free dental services and healthcare access even to Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs).
Healthcare and dignity should reach every Cebuano, including those often forgotten by society.
