𝐇𝐑𝐃, 𝐏𝐀𝐃 𝐌𝐀𝐏 𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐒, 𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐍 𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐆𝐄𝐓𝐒 𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆
The Provincial Administrator’s Department (PAD) and the Human Resource Department (HRD) of the Cebu Provincial Government conducted a joint strategic planning session on Wednesday, May 20 2026, to align targets and priorities with the Office of the Governor.
In particular, they were briefed on the leadership and governance framework of Governor Pamela S. Baricuatro for a performance-based, process-based public service at the Cebu Provincial Government.
The activity, which provided an opportunity for both offices to voice out concerns and gaps, is part of the administration’s thrust to strengthen inter-agency coordination and improve overall planning and decision-making at the Capitol, which needs that the different departments and offices should have their priorities coincide with that of the Office of the Governor. /𝑪𝑨𝑷𝑰𝑻𝑶𝑳 𝑷𝑰𝑶, 𝑷𝑷𝑫𝑶
