𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Gov. Pamela Baricuatro graced the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Discover Cebu Travel Fair 2026, the annual culminating program of the School of Architecture, Fine Arts and Design of the University of San Carlos Fine Arts’ Advertising Arts Program at the USC-Talamban on Friday, May 15, 2026.
Also present during the event were Provincial Administrator Ace Durano and Capitol Piso Health Consultant Dr. Nikki Catalan.
