Gov. Pamela Baricuatro’s promise of providing better healthcare for Cebuanos is becoming a reality.
The Oslob District Hospital is undergoing a ₱15.442-million renovation as the administration of Gov. Baricuatro steps up efforts to improve facilities and modernize equipment in the 16 Capitol-run district and provincial hospitals.
The construction works include the renovation of the emergency room, replacement of interior ceilings, painting works, and the construction of an ambulance and maintenance building, among other upgrades.
Capitol Piso Health Consultant Dr. Nikki Catalan said the upgrading of health facilities is essential. “Better facilities mean better care, greater dignity, and a safer healing environment for every Cebuano,” Catalan said.
