𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: More than 1,000 habal-habal drivers from the municipalities of Argao, Santander, and Samboan in Cebu’s 2nd District received P3,000 each as part of the ongoing fuel subsidy assistance program of the Cebu Provincial Government.
The program aims to ease the burden caused by rising fuel costs and help drivers sustain their daily operations and service to the community.
