Cebu Governor Pamela Baricuatro welcomed Italian Ambassador to the Philippines, His Excellency Davide Giglio, at the Provincial Capitol on May 12, in a meeting that highlighted Cebu’s growing potential as a hub for foreign investments and international business partnerships.

The discussions focused on possible areas of cooperation between Cebu and Italian businesses, particularly in manufacturing and construction, as the province continues to strengthen its economic and investment profile.
The ambassador was joined by Honorary Consul Francesco Guidicelli.

“We really care about Cebu. We have a very important presence here,” the ambassador said.
Gov. Baricuatro said she hopes the number of Italian investors in Cebu will increase, not only to bring in more investments but also to help foster the culture of excellence long associated with Italian brands and products.

Italian products are widely known for their craftsmanship and quality, design and aesthetics, luxury and prestige, durability and engineering excellence and culinary brilliance. /𝑪𝑨𝑷𝑰𝑻𝑶𝑳 𝑷𝑰𝑶, 𝑷𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒐𝒔 𝒃𝒚 𝒀𝑱𝑩
